Angeline Portier
Angeline worked at the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht as a Program Organiser, before she graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 1998. She worked as a judge in training (RAIO) and as a lawyer with one of the major accountancy firms, before she joined our firm and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2001
.
​She specialises in corporate law and insolvency law. Her organisational and social skills combined with her experience in a multi-discipline team of merger and acquisition specialists, provides her with sharp insights in corporate cases that have been of great value to our clients. Moreover, her thorough legal research provides a solid academic basis for our legal opinions.

Bruno Koren
Bruno was admitted to the bar to the bar in 1992. Het started his career at the Commission of the European Union, and later joined the Brussels office of US firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, worldwide recognised as one of the best law firms in Mergers and Acquisitions. At Skadden he handled matters relating to EU Competition law and corporate law. Later he joined in Amsterdam Loeff Claeys Verbeke (currently merged into Allen & Overy / Loyens Loeff), where he worked in the corporate law section for six years before he founded KILO in 1999.
He learned that in the end it is not the firm but the lawyer that counts in a case. Applying his broad legal experience in the practical and efficient setting of a niche firm, has been to the benefit of many of our clients. Bruno aims at never giving up when solving a legal problem for clients of the firm.
